Yoga and kitesurfing is the perfect mixture of adrenaline and relaxation! Our kitesurfing camp is t h e perfect spot to enjoy the both: practice Yoga in the dunes or exert yourself at the kitespots directly behind and infront of our camp villa.
We teach yoga twice a day in our surfcamp, surrounded by dunes, with a view of the lagoon or the Atlantic and a fresh sea breeze. The yoga lessons are versatile and contain pranayama (breathing exercises), changing asanas, meditation and relaxation phases. You will learn the traditional style of Hatha Yoga under the guidance of our trained yoga instructor Kayla, gently strengthening and becoming aware of your mind and body.
The yoga week with us will enrich your yoga experience and fill you with energy and strength, the perfect way to begin and end your kitesurfing day.
Additionally, you can book physiotherapy massages by our physiotherapist Vici easily on premises.
Learn the basics of kitesurfing in our kitesurfing camps for beginners, as well as how to master the board and kite.
We can award (or renew) internationally recognised VDWS kitesurfing licences upon request We only use new, high-quality soft and fibre boards on our training courses. We select the surfing spot and surfboards according to your ability and the current conditions
For more experienced kitesurfers, we adjust the course to your respective kitesurfing level. We set meaningful goals and structure our training methods to achieve these. So there’s no pressure to perform.
