We teach yoga twice a day in our surfcamp, surrounded by dunes, with a view of the lagoon or the Atlantic and a fresh sea breeze. The yoga lessons are versatile and contain pranayama (breathing exercises), changing asanas, meditation and relaxation phases. You will learn the traditional style of Hatha Yoga under the guidance of our trained yoga instructor Kayla, gently strengthening and becoming aware of your mind and body.
The yoga week with us will enrich your yoga experience and fill you with energy and strength, the perfect way to begin and end your surfing day.
Additionally, you can book physiotherapy massages by our physiotherapist Vici easily on premises.
In our beginner surf camps you'll quickly learn the basics of surfing, and soon ride your first wave.
We only use new, high-quality soft and fibre boards on our training courses. We select the surfing spot and surfboards according to your ability and the current conditions.
The advanced surfing course (level 2+) is aimed at surfers who have successfully completed at least one week’s surfing course, can perform a safe takeoff, and every so often ride green waves.
We adapt the course aims individually to your abilities; you train independently within your course group. Your surfing instructor will give you individual tips to improve your technique, including using video analysis. We also advise you on choosing the right surfboard; we have many different models and shapes for you to try out.
All our yoga surf camp packages include yoga sessions, surf course and accommodation in our beach-side camp.
